Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and TinyHealers Kidscare Private Limited ("TinyHealers", "we") for using the TinyHealers website and apps. By tapping "I agree" or using TinyHealers you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read section 3 carefully — TinyHealers is not a doctor.
1. Who can use TinyHealers
You must be 18 or older and the parent or lawful guardian of each child whose record you create, and you must use TinyHealers in India. If you add another person (a family member or a clinic), you must have the right to do so.
2. What TinyHealers does
TinyHealers helps you keep your child's health record in one place: vaccine schedules and reminders, growth charts, medicines and prescriptions, daily care logs, milestones, memories, and sharing with family and the doctors you choose. The apps are published on the app stores by our partner Potebaki Limited.
3. Not medical advice — please read
- TinyHealers is not a doctor, hospital or medical service and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Using it does not create a doctor–patient relationship with TinyHealers.
- Vaccine schedules follow the Government of India Universal Immunization Programme and the Indian Academy of Pediatrics schedule. Your child's doctor decides which vaccines to give and when, and may change dates for your child.
- Growth charts (WHO standards), milestones, weekly guidance, fever alerts and the symptom check are general information, not a diagnosis. A normal result does not rule out a problem, and an alert does not mean something is wrong.
- TinyHealers Vaidya is an automated helper that fills forms by voice. It is not a doctor, nurse or human, and it does not give medical advice.
- Always follow your pediatrician's advice. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital immediately — do not wait for or rely on the app.
4. Your account
- You log in with a one-time code sent to your mobile. Keep your phone and codes secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- If you use TinyHealers without logging in, your records are tied to that phone until you save them with a mobile number. If you log out, uninstall or lose the phone before saving, we cannot recover them.
- Please enter information accurately. Records you enter yourself (for example a dose copied from the vaccination card) are marked as entered by a parent.
5. Family, clinics and doctors
You decide who can see your child's record and can stop sharing at any time. Clinics and doctors who use TinyHealers are independent healthcare professionals, responsible for their own medical advice and care and for the records they add. TinyHealers is not responsible for their advice, treatment, fees or availability.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add (records, photos, notes). You give TinyHealers a limited permission to store, display, process and back it up only to provide the service to you and the people you share with. You must have the right to upload what you add.
You must not use TinyHealers to upload or share anything that is unlawful, obscene, harmful to children, invades another person's privacy, infringes someone's rights, impersonates someone, contains viruses, or threatens the unity, integrity, security or public order of India. We may remove such content and suspend accounts as required by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
7. Fair use
Do not misuse TinyHealers: do not try to access other people's records, disrupt or overload the service, copy or reverse-engineer it, or use automated tools to collect data from it.
8. Reminders
We try to send reminders on time, but they can be delayed or missed (for example because of phone settings, battery saving, or network problems). Do not rely on reminders alone — keep your child's vaccination card and follow your doctor's dates.
9. Price
TinyHealers is free for parents today. If we ever add paid features, we will show the price clearly and charge only if you choose to buy them.
10. Other services
Some features use other services — for example ABHA (National Health Authority), WhatsApp when you share, and Apple or Google for app stores, notifications and speech. Their own terms and policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Changes and availability
We keep improving TinyHealers and may change or stop features. We aim to keep it available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we ever plan to shut TinyHealers down, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to download your child's records.
12. Limits of our responsibility
TinyHealers is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for decisions you or others make based on general information in the app, for information entered by you, your family or your clinic, or for indirect or consequential loss. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to TinyHealers is limited to ₹5,000 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is higher.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Suspension and ending
You can stop using TinyHealers and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or the law, or to protect children, other users or the service; where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to download your records.
14. App store terms
If you downloaded TinyHealers from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and TinyHealers, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Please contact our Grievance Officer first — most issues can be solved quickly.
